She does it by helping the clients frame the right questions, designing and structuring a methodology and carrying out a project that will bring together cross-functional teams to respond to our client’s business needs. Ensuring that the right processes are being applied in order to deliver relevant and impactful user centered services, products and strategies. Today she leads the Fjord Mexico go to market team, helping them deliver the outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline of innovation and design related projects, through the identification of challenges, deal origination, negotiations, innovation project management and closure.
